We would all say, it should never be, but in reality our awe of God and bewilderment for all He does for us can wain over the years. Life gets busy with work, kids, aging parents, etc, and before we know it, our relationship with God is taking a backseat, and we are only going through the motions of our faith.

Life gets busy with work, kids, aging parents, etc, and before we know it, our relationship with God is taking a backseat, and we are only going through the motions of our faith.
In other instances, we may have allowed ourselves to develop a worldly view of God and so we're having dinner with Jesus but entertaining the devil in the basement. We've got 1 foot in the world and 1 foot in the faith, trying to straddle the line between the broad path that leads to destruction and the narrow way that leads to life.
I found myself in that exact place and desperate for something real and meaningful, I got on my knees and surrendered my life. Only this time I meant it, I was really going to give it a go God's way and I can't even begin to tell you how that changed everything.
God put on my heart that there are many believers out there like me, who were just going through the motions of their faith, living lukewarm and missing out on everything that He has in store for them. That is how More Than Motion Ministries came to be!
